About Akashic Record Readings

For almost 10 years, I have been exploring the healing and wisdom energies of the Akashic Records. Many people refer to the Akashic Akashic Records as the journey of the soul. For me, it is connecting to the soul self, like coming home. In this sacred space I am returning to a place where all of the stresses and worries of this physical life simply dissipate so that I am able to connect to my true essence once more. For many years, I sought guidance from a Spiritual intuitive and friend to open and guide me through the Akashic Records. Every session always brought such comfort in navigating life’s many stresses, both big and small. In fact, I sought refuge in the wisdom of the Akashic Records. During a time in my life when it felt like the bottom had dropped out from beneath me, the message from the Akashic Records was that it was time to become my own Master, to seek my own wisdom through the Records without the assistance of a Spiritual intuitive. I was devastated. I felt like I had been abandoned. Honestly, I retreated and it took me a while to figure out my next steps. As I slowly began my own healing journey by taking small steps towards expanding my gifts, I finally had the courage to begin opening the Akashic Records to explore and discover the messages for myself. After a few years of ‘Soul journeying’ and learning, I now offer Akashic Records readings for others.

What to expect in a Akashic Records Reading?

Each session is an online experience. Once you book a session, I will provide a zoom link the day prior to the session. During our call, I will say a prayer to connect with you on a soul level to enter into your Akashic Records. I will also ask you to please provide your full name…the name you would use on a passport or legal document…as I will use it in part of the opening prayer.  Once the Records are open, you simply ask your questions and allow the wisdom of the Records to flow through me. Each session is approximately an hour long. Much like all energy work, for a clearer reading, I recommend no drinking or recreational drugs at least 24 hours before a reading.

Suggested Question Ideas

Here are some questions to give you some ideas of what you might like to ask. Questions should be fairly open ended...not a should I or shouldn't I or even yes or no response, but more of what do I need to know for my Soul's purpose or is this in alignment with my Soul's purpose. The guidance is to assist you with your Soul’s progression in this lifetime. You may want to write down your questions before the session to prompt you during the call.

Spiritual Questions

• Am I in alignment with my spiritual path? If so, how can I enhance it? If not, do you have guidance on how to align with my life path?
• What is my soul purpose in this lifetime?
• What behaviors and beliefs do I have that are self-limiting and how can I release them?
• Have I made any past life contracts in a past life that are impacting me in this life?  If so, what are they and how can I clear them?
• How can I connect and communicate with my spiritual guides?  Do I have more than one?
• What do I need to know and understand about myself in order to accept and love myself completely?
• What blocks do I have that are preventing me from flourishing?

Life Questions

• I have issues with my mother/ father /brother/sister/friend etc.  Is there Karma associated with this person?
• What are my emotions telling me about certain situations or interactions in this lifetime?
• I have trauma from...how can I heal from this? Or I feel like I have trauma, but I'm not sure where it is from, can you give me guidance?
• What is causing me to feel so anxious?
• Is there anything I need to know right now?

Akashic Meditation Healing

An Akashic Meditation Healing can be one-on-one experience or with a small group of people. As with an Akashic Record reading, it will be an online zoom call. You may request it on your own for a specific healing. For example, healing past trauma - either in this lifetime or a previous lifetime, ancestral healing, healing relationships or conflict with family, friends or colleagues. 

For an Akashic Record Meditation Healing, I will open up the records for an individual or a group. Once the records are open, I will begin with the healing Meditation. If anyone feels comfortable sharing their experience at the end of the meditation, we will take a few moments to share while still in the records to connect to any further guidance. Once I close the records, I will check in again with everyone to see if anyone has any questions or further comments. The whole experience will take approximately an hour. It can be done independent of a personal one-on-one reading or as a follow up.
