About Reiki

Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing treatment to clear any energetic blocks and bring balance to the seven major chakras, or energy centers, located along the spine. Balancing the chakras helps elevate energy levels and restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

What to expect in a Reiki Healing Session?

Each in-person Reiki session is approximately an hour. As a Usui Reiki Master, I begin with a quick check in. The actual healing session begins with the person resting on a Reiki table (much like a massage table). Reiki draws from the universal “life force energy” that flows through us by laying hands about three inches or higher above the chakras. I usually begin with the Crown Chakra, my hands hover above each chakra within your energy field to clear any blockage and restore balance and then flow from the Crown chakra to the Root chakra systematically. However, if there is trauma or strong energetic imbalance in one area, I may begin with this Chakra and then continue once this area is cleared and balanced.

The Benefits of Reiki

Reiki is a simple, safe and non-invasive healing method. It can provide healing for simple ailments like headaches and joint pain or greater healing for a variety of illnesses and disease. At the very least, a Reiki session will invite a sense of relaxation, peace and overall well-being. Sometimes a shift and realignment may extend beyond the actual healing session. So be kind to yourself and patient with any emotions that may arise. This is all part of the healing process. 

Reiki Intention

The intention for every Reiki treatment is for the individual’s highest and best. I cannot predict or direct the outcome of each Reiki treatment. But I will always ask to be guided for the person’s highest and best coming from a place of love.

Distance Healing

I also offer Distance Healing Reiki Sessions. Generally I offer three sessions over three consecutive days and session is 15-minutes long. These sessions are usually helpful for people who have experienced some trauma or in the midst of a crisis. Sometimes people request for themselves and sometimes they request for loved ones. Sessions are usually more effective when the person receiving the treatment is in agreement and knows of the distance healing, but distance healing can also be conducted for people as a gift.
