Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. Each pose flows into the next. This Gentle Flow class moves more slowly and mindfully, offering options to accommodate various levels. Students can choose the degree of difficulty for each pose. While classes are gentle, there is some strength-based movement to ensure that we cultivate strong bodies at any age or stage in our life. In this Gentle Flow class, the focus is on moving with alignment and strength as well as the breath and movement. A healing meditative aspect is also incorporated at the end of class during savasana.
